This was a special Valentine's issue on our local TV Station WCNC.

Avocado #Smoothie
with Apple-Cucumber-Ginger-Lime.
Try this recipe.
Ingredient:
1 avocado, pitted and diced
1 large apple (any variety), cored and quartered
1 small cucumber Juice of 1 lime 1 inch cube of ginger, peeled and minced OR
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 cup coconut water OR nut/hemp seed milk of your choice
Optional: a handful of ice cubes; raw honey to taste You can also boost the nutrient content of this smoothie by adding protein powder, freshly ground flax seeds or other vegetables. We highly suggest always using fresh and organic ingredients.
Directions
Wash ingredients thoroughly and as needed. Peel avocado and cucumber. Squeeze juice out of fresh lime. Place all ingredients into high speed blender such as a Vitamix. Blend thoroughly until smooth. Drink immediately. Enjoy!
